A little history of Terrorism:

There have always been localized terrorism of angry, disgruntled, and/or lunatic fringe citizens that take on war with their government as a solution to their perceived problems.

We are now facing a new terrorism that has become international and is a threat to democracy and freedom worldwide and is driven by a whole new set of radical religious ideals and goals.

This new terrorism is driven by a fanatical theocratic philosophy that began its evolution some time around 600 B.C. After several thousand years of religious and military successes and failures this theocratic philosophy has begun drawing together its power and economic elements into a focused effort to succeed in their long desired outcome.......control the populations of the world and force them to declare allegiance to their new theocratic master..

In order to begin this process they had to have a large spiritual base that could be highjacked, radicalized, and maintained by diminishing educational and economic opportunities of its people and then utilize religious teachers to falsely expound the idea that all that don’t believe in this new focused theocratic philosophy are the enemy whose greatest wish is to destroy all true believers of this philosophy.

The next focus was to find a weakness in the world’s only superpower (United States) and cater to that weakness. In other words the power of oil addiction and the power of the environmental elitists to prohibit the development of the U.S.’s own massive oil and natural gas reserves.

This was followed by creating, financing, and politically managing a massive number of covert foot soldier organizations to subvert, undermine, and even attack targeted governments that would be valuable additions to this theocratic power. These covert soldiers organizations include: Hamas, Islamic Jhad, Hezbolah, and others. These covert organizations have been building and developing themselves as well as increasing their terrorist activities since the nineteen sixties with increasing regularity and severity.

This theocratic focus then began to overtly undermine and declare their purpose to destroy and eliminate any and all of those free nations that espouse democracy and any religious beliefs that differ from theirs.

It needs to be understood that this new theocratic terrorist philosophy does have a weakness of its own. There are two key philosophic elements the compose this radical Islamic power. The Sunni path and the Shiite path.....each of which desires to be the dominate force of the new radical fundamental Islamic religion. Temporarily these two opposing factions are working together under the pretext that your enemy is my enemy. Unfortunately they may not oppose each other until all of the common enemies have been disposed of! It must also be recognized that everyone, both in and out of Islam, is expendable, except its own leadership.

This has been a brief synopsis of international terrorism and its evolution to what it now has become and a picture of its future direction.

A clear indication of how determined these Islamic Terrorists are is Iraq. Both Sunni Al Queda and Shiite Hezbolah are providing terrorism against all Iraqis and Coalition Forces, in order to destroy the Iraqi efforts to democratize and build a free nation. Both of these terrorist factions have openly declared the importance to demoralize and defeat the U.S. and their allies in Iraq and then in Afghanistan. They have calculated that with a win in Iraq it will then be much easier to roll over all democratic countries one after another until their theocratic power controls the world. This has been the primary goal of this radical philosophy since its beginning nearly 3,000 years ago.

Our military are making any terrorist military success impossible! Our military’s skills, intelligence, moral determination, weaponry, and the just pure “terrorists are not going to win and you can take that to the bank” attitude, will seal a win in this war.

The only real question is, do the American Politicians have even half the guts our military have! That is a question that Americans need to ask their congressional politicians regularly and often.

How do we face this world wide threat?!? How do we protect ourselves?!?

The last two thousand years of history gives us some clear examples of past defense patterns that have been applied.

Appeasement, without exception, has resulted in the destruction of governments targeted by the Islamic Radicals. The only defense pattern that has ever successfully protected the attacked government has been military defense. However, in today’s world, we have a some new weapons available to use in combination with the necessary military

These are our own energy resources and reserves that we have, and that are available almost immediately. We also have new communications technology that will allow us to inform the educational and economically depressed people under the rule of the radical Islamists of what their leadership is doing and what they, the people are being denied.

By maximizing our own energy reserves and becoming independent of any foreign energy it provides our allies a greater choice of energy sources other than from our enemies. Which in turn limits Iranian access to excessive profits to support terrorism.

While I espouse strongly the rapid development of our own national oil and gas resources I also espouse an aggressive twenty year development program to create economically competitive alternative energy sources, i.e. Hydrogen fuels, Bio fuels, Nuclear, Geo-Thermal, Solar, Wind, etc. I will address these energy policy elements in greater detail in Item # 2 in the Real Election Message Posting.

The communication technology, if used extensively, regularly, and in a very focussed way, can clearly inform the Iranian people of how damaging the restrictions placed on them by their government has become in the areas of education, economic prosperity, and freedom of expression. With the grass roots unrest that exists in Iran it is critical that we overtly and covertly aid and assist in the promulgation of internal rebellion.

It is also critical that we understand that under our constitutional law as well as international moral law, that those who contract to have terrorist crimes committed are as guilty of those crimes as those who were hired to commit them. In other words, when the Iranian financed Hezbolah attacked and murdered our Marines in their barracks in Beirut, it was a premeditated and deliberate crime committed by both Hezbolah and their masters, the Iranian Government. Every crime committed by Hezbolah, Hamas, Islamic Jhad, and others sponsored by Iran are crimes that must also be laid at the door of their masters the Iranian Leadership. Why aren’t Americans demanding our government hold Iran and their cohort in crime, Syria, accountable for these crimes.

In facing the Terrorism Threat the United States must withdraw any and all military and economic aid to any country that isn’t clearly and openly in support of the U.S. in our efforts to advance democracy and freedom among the world’s nations. When do we stop worrying about what other countries think about us and require allies to be allies. If these countries that regularly berate the U.S. for our efforts to support democracy and free societies, want to continue to receive free welfare aid from the U.S. Gravy Train they should stand up and perform like true allies.

The military options should never be taken off the list of usable actions when dealing with countries that are a stated threat to their neighbors or to any of our close allies. Remember that punishment doesn’t have to mean boots on the ground invasions. We are able to provide aerial punishment to any country that has earned it and deserves it, that would make the London Blitz look like a Sunday Afternoon Picnic. Such military actions would need to be prefaced with communications saturation of the target country explaining what is going to happen and with clear explanation as to Why!

It is also important for Americans to realize and remember that there have been more than 300 radical Islamic terrorist attacks during the last 30 years on innocent victims that were considered infidels undeserving of life. A common target of these attacks are citizens of democratic countries and free societies, as well as countries attempting to establish a democratic style government. These attacks have increased in regularity dramatically during the last 10 years.

Finally it is critically important for Americans to realize that this declared war against us by the radical Islamic Terrorists is not a game, not a passing discomfort, not a temporary fanatical fad, etc. This is a real war that may well determine the very survival or destruction of democracy and the concept of religious freedom and could last for years. Even when this war is won it won’t be completely over. These radical elements will withdraw into secret and under ground combinations festering and waiting for the opportunity to raise up again. These groups have been raising up from time to time for more than three thousand years and each time they improve and polish their vicious methods and techniques in hopes that at some point they will just wear democracy and free agency out.

I appologise for not getting my promised additional solution postings posted before now. My only excuse is my family. My wife and I have a large family that includes 30 grandchildren.

Between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, our schedule is Madness. Fun, exciting, and enjoyable, but Madness just the same.

Thank you for contacting me with your comments regarding immigration reform. I also appreciate your suggestions. There are a number of concerns that have been and will be addressed by this continuing debate.
Congress must further address our border security issues. In order to fully address immigration reform, we must first stop the illegal immigration. Legislation such as the Secure Fence Act, H.R. 6061, is just one example that addresses the need to ensure our borders are not porous. The bill directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to achieve operational control of our borders, by systematic border surveillance through personnel and technology additions and a physical infrastructure to prevent unlawful entry into the United States. It also directs the Secretary to provide at least 700 miles of two layers of reinforced fencing along our southern border with Mexico. I was proud to vote in favor of this bill. President Bush signed this legislation into law (Public Law 109-367) on October 26, 2006. Once our country is secure, we can move further in the immigration debate.
I do not support amnesty for illegal immigrants. We need to improve our current system to ensure that those trying to follow our laws are not displaced by those who have already broken them.
Another issue that Congress needs to address is the official language of the United States, something widely supported by United States citizens. A common language promotes unity among citizens and fosters greater communication. I have been a strong supporter of English as our National Language. During the 109th Congress, I supported an amendment to the Comprehensive Immigration Reform bill, S. 2611, which would have established English as the National Language. I also cosponsored S. 3828, the National Language Act of 2006, and S. 557, a repeal of Executive Order 13166 which currently requires all federal agencies to provide services in the language of the recipient.
I understand your concerns that immigration has not yet been fully addressed. However, as I have said previously, I do not believe that Congress should pass flawed legislation that will not solve the problem in the long term.
On December 9, 2006, the Senate adjourned, which signals the conclusion of business in the 109th Congress. As that is the case, we did not have the opportunity to finish work on overall immigration reform. When Congress continues this debate in the 110th Congress, which begins in January 2007, I will keep your thoughts in mind.

It is evident that congressional folks feel that doing nothing much is safer than doing something that may not be perfect, but does begin action on actual real solution. While it is functioning and doing its job rough edges can be smoothed and modified in process! While little solution element bills getting passed are nice, the collective effect to the end result is about the same as the effect of Ant Poop on the Chicago Land Fill! Corrections and modifications can be done!!!....But NOTHING MEANINGFUL DONE gets NOTHING MEANINGFUL SOLVED!

If congress continues its safe and non-commit, non-perform path from election to election then the results will not be pleasant and Americans will have no future!!

Congress needs to wake up and realize that these are not just problems for politicians, these are every American's problems!!! Americans have hired you all to face down and solve the problems. Congress needs to get to it without personal agenda interference!!!

With Regard to immigration reform.....Some things can and should be done simultaneously! Such as the following suggestions!! If the US Congress Can't do these things simultaneously, We, all AMERICANS, are in Deep, Deep SHIT!!!!

1. Pass the comprehensive border fence and protection bill that includes several parts.
a. Build up to a thousand miles of physical fence within the areas best suited and efficient for this type of border restriction.
b. Electronic fence technology extending in the areas most effectively practical for this type of border restriction.
c. At least 10 surveillance drone aircraft covering both the electronic and physical fence areas. Also include electronic sensing devices and motion detecting camera and light systems at all strategically beneficial locations.
d. Increase the use of our national guard as revolving two or three week special operations work teams, whose duties include: building and repairing border fences and roadways, assisting and training the border patrol in electronic surveillance systems and techniques, and for special training of border patrol instant response teams, this will also enhance our National Guard capabilities.
e. Begin a border patrol recruitment program that will adequately increase border patrol employment within three years.
f. Establish southern border, barrack type prisoner holding camps for captured illegal aliens crossing the border. This should be to hold prisoners while they are identified, processed, charged/released, and sentenced for illegal entry into the U.S. and all other illegal activities.

2. Pass a new Tamper Proof Alien ID registration card. All alien immigrants must be required to carry the alien immigration ID card and no alien immigrant may be employed in the US without one. This card must have photo ID, Finger Print ID, ID number, Personal information such as; Birth date and place, home country address, etc.

3. All current illegal alien immigrants must apply for, and receive, this ID card within a 6 month grace period and only on a temporary basis until all have undergone and passed an extensive security and criminal background check. The illegal alien immigrants passing the background checks will be issued a temporary guest worker permit that will be active until a permanent and complete comprehensive plan is finalized or until 4 years, which ever comes first, that defines immigration levels, and the methods to achieve each level including any possible paths to citizenship.

4. Pass a new ten month temporary guest worker permit. All holders of these permits should be required to return to their home countries at the end of ten months. If these permit holders maintain good legal standing they may re-apply for permits each year with preferred status.

5. U.S. employers may only employ alien immigrants registered by the INS and carrying the tamper proof ID card. Employers employing unregistered aliens will be fined $1,000 for each individual infraction during a first time audit, $10,000 for each individual infraction during a second time audit, and $25,000 for each individual infraction during a third time audit plus six months to one year in jail. Employers will be subject to employment audits beginning at the end of the six month registration grace period.

While Item #1 is being implemented Items #2 through #5 could and should, simultaneously, begin being implemented.

If the American People can't depend on congress and its members to effectively accomplish these critical American National Needs, Then maybe we need new congressional members.

Additional Items #6and #7 can be done over time with slower thought!

6. There will be no permanent immigration worker program established that includes a path to citizenship until a complete comprehensive immigration plan is passed that defines immigration levels, and the methods to achieve each immigration level. The path to citizenship should be held dormant until a comprehensive immigration bill is passed that includes a clear, fair, and manageable path to citizenship. This bill must be passed within 4 years.
7. Due to the massive abuse of illegal alien parents, automatic Birthright Citizenship should be rescinded. Children born in this country to illegal immigrants may not be considered for citizenship until their parents become legal citizens or until they reach legal age and can apply in their own behalf. Children born in this country to legal and registered aliens may be individually considered for citizenship on their own merits.
I am submitting to friends and acquaintances and other people across the country, the above list of top primary national concerns, as well as suggested solutions such as the above Immigration solution ideas. I am sure that I am not the only one, Republican or Democrat, that have had it with congressional impotency and excuses, toward solving these problems after all this time!

I am not bitching at any single congressional member....though I could, and rather specifically.....I just want these things addressed NOW....not some unknown time in the distant future! Americans have the right to expect such performance by Congress!

And I hope you will refer my website to everyone. Even if they don’t agree with everything these are good things to try to find solutions for and pressure congress to address.

Do the Washington Politicians have a clue as to what Message the American People really sent them on November 7th 2006? The message was painfully, and justifiably, felt by the Republicans, but do they really understand how badly they screwed up! How badly they deserted their Contract with America? How unimportant it became to honor that contract! How little faith they have shown in the real strength of America....the Citizens! How poorly they communicated with these citizens and how poorly they listened to these citizens. Contrary to the thinking of the run of the mill politician, mainstream, middle American citizens aren’t stupid and often a whole lot smarter than the politicians that they elect to represent them. I can guarantee that the majority of citizens are a whole lot more loyal to America than a whole bunch of Politicians I could name.

On the other hand, it appears that the far left Liberal Democrats have their power hungry little brains buried in a land fill! All they can think to say is “we have been waiting impatiently and now we are ready to lead! Lead to Where? Lead to What? To the land of Appeasement, Weakness, and Surrender? Lead us down the Path of Least resistence! To the land of Demise where all past great civilizations have gone? Did they flunk their history classes? Don’t they remember that History. Didn’t they learn from it? They talk about solving America’s problems that they clearly don’t relate to, clearly don’t understand, or even recognize. What has happened to America’s respect for our Constitution, respect for the Office of the President, respect for the Courts and their appointment process? Both parties in Congress have changed directions like a feather in the wind! They have nearly destroyed any of their own credibility and their right to expect respect by wastefully using valuable time and resources, to exercise irresponsible, fraudulent, and slanderous bipartisan attacks on other members of congress....not for the purpose of solving our country’s problems, but solely for the purpose of political posturing, for advancing their personal agendas, personal wealth, and personal achievement of power.

Any member of congress, that is, or has been, a part of the aforementioned activities has no claim to a title of patriot and, in fact, has no understanding of the meaning of patriot or patriotism. Such congressional members are, in fact, frauds and hypocrites.

In truth, the difficulty with the courts has been the personal agendas and political party litmus testing criteria used by partisan focused members of the Senate in accepting a judge while completely ignoring the important criteria of Constitutional law background, understanding. Then rejecting the national legal community recommendations, and even rejecting what their own constituents expect, need and desire.

So many politicians are shouting out that the people voted for a change in direction....yet none of them seem have a clue what that change of direction is or should be. Politicians tell us that everything is so complicated that only they can understand it and take care of IT! Wrong!!!! We just need to look at the TRADITIONAL Right and Wrong of any situation, Choose the path that is Traditionally Right, and no matter how difficult that path is, follow it to completion. That is the way our country has performed in the past and is exactly the reason we are the super power that we are today. If we forsake this traditional pattern we will self-destruct. If We maintain that historic path Our friends will stay alive and our enemies will either die, surrender, or scatter like chaff before the wind. We Must Live Loyally by our Constitution, Follow the rule of Law, and Demand of ourselves Strength, Integrity, Honesty, and Stick-to-Itiveness!

In the American Citizen’s defense, it is a whole lot more difficult to weed out the truth and facts of the world and national events and issues today. With the leftist mainstream media and the strong leftist lean by our educational systems, including the National Education Association, providing only philosophies that supports their warped view of the world. Factual Truth has to be diligently searched for in order to dissected it from the massive piles of garbage produced by those determined to be rewriter’s of History. Instead of worrying about getting re-elected, politicians should be focusing their efforts on each of the above Top Items of Concern that directly affect Americans. I have developed, or currently developing sample solution plans for each of the above listed elements and Items, identifying several possible solutions that a focused, courageous, and principled Congress could promote and encourage. These are all solutions based on the Traditional Values that made this county great and the reason why millions sacrifice everything to come here every year.

There was a popular songs in the forties. It’s simple title phrase declares the basic philosophy that has made America the greatest and strongest country in the world.

The phrase is:
“Praise the Lord and Pass the Ammunition.”

That simple phrase declared what was then a National Faith and United Determination!

As shown by who we elect in our congressional House and Senate, this appears that this generation of Americans is largely only able to generate LIP SERVICE to Deity, and hold little or no sense of United Determination.


As a result, our American leadership seems to advocate dissolution of nearly every value espoused by nearly every religion on the planet! Such advocation includes: destruction of the traditional family and its historical values, rejection of personal responsibility expectations or requirements, acceptance of dishonesty as a norm in society, apparent loss of expectation of personal integrity, lip service to achieving personal excellence, acquiescence to diminished intellect as accepted norm, restriction of majority rights in preference to radical and illegal minority rights, etc.

There has been for many years, and is still ongoing, a focused effort to rewrite factual history to teach our children that America and its constitution are philosophically flawed and must be changed to protect them. This focused effort denies the generations of continual constitutional focus of societal improvement and increase in personal opportunities. This effort also rejects the abundance of factual history that clearly shows this great American success.

They refuse to acknowledge the obvious. That is, that people, worldwide , risk pain and death just to have the opportunity to live here, simply because the American constitutional way of life is both successful and better than any other country in the world. Those that wish to rewrite history are very much against true rule of law, managed and enforced by the majority of the people. They have made it legal for politicians to be exempt from both slander and expressions of unsupported accusations that the majority population would be criminally charged for. It is now accepted behavior to reject personal integrity, to leak national security information that puts America at risk for advancement of personal and political agendas.

In the 1940's Americans were face to face with a murderous and evil enemy. Americans then, understood that winning was a necessity. That winning meant the survival of American freedom as well as the freedom of many other nations dependent on America. Losing would mean the destruction of the only true bastian of constitutional freedom in the world,

What appears to be happening now to Americans and their leadership is very scarey. Is this what our constitutional forefathers feared? Is it the decline of the traditional American Spirit? Is this what was meant by great Americans in the past when they said that the United States of America would never fall from attacks from without but rather from decline of the American Spirit and America’s desertion of its focus on choosing right over wrong.

Whatever the problem, if this country does not regain the spirit that has made this county great we are doomed to repeat the history of every past great civilization and DIE!

It is that spirit that has continued for more than two centuries to seek honesty, truth, goodness, personal integrity, and betterment of personal well being. If we don’t regain and strengthen that American Spirit, rekindle our faith in deity, and resurrect our determination to protect our unique Constitutional Freedom, we will self-destruct.

The strongest indication of the degree of success of these rewriters of history and their focus of the internal destruction of our constitutional civilization is the rejection of civility, the emphasis on hatred, and the refusal to accept the vote of the electorate......much like the refusal of the Mexican left wing political party to accept the majority vote of the Mexican people. This growing focus of My Way or the Highway mentality by the losers in elections is dangerously close to destroying our constitutionally free society.

We must increase, not lessen, our national expectation of personal responsibility, honesty, integrity! We must revitalize our commitment to protect our country and its freedoms as well as remember that American patriotism is more than a word, it is a pattern of loyalty to our constitution, and faithful actions in its support.

The U.S. citizens want and expect a comprehensive immigration bill now! Not 2008, not 10 years down the political road ... NOW!

Excuses about how difficult it is don’t cut it. It is time that the American Majority is listened to, respected, and served.

The majority of Americans want to see a bill that at least clearly demonstrates honest efforts to solve these border security issues. They will accept a series of incremental bills as long as they add up to a tough, enforceable, border security plan and incrementally builds to a human, realistic, and truly comprehensive bill addressing all of the long term issues of immigration.

The Border Security is critical and immediate. Immigration is also critical but must be carefully designed so as to not weaken border security. A Phase implementation plan seems very workable.

The illegal alien immigrants passing the background checks will be issued a temporary guest worker permit that will be active only until a permanent and complete comprehensive immigration bill is passed that defines immigration levels, and the methods to achieve each immigration level.

4. Pass a new eight month temporary guest worker permit. All holders of these permits should be required to return to their home countries at the end of eight months. If such permit holders maintain a good legal standing they may re-apply for permits each year with preferential status.

5. U.S. employers may only employ alien immigrants registered by the INS and carrying the tamper proof ID card. Employers employing unregistered aliens will be fined $10,000 for the first infraction, $20,000 for the second infraction, and $25,000 plus six months to one year in jail for each additional infraction. Employers will be subject to employment audits beginning at the end of the six month registration grace period.

6. There will be no permanent immigration worker program established that includes a path to citizenship until a permanent and complete comprehensive immigration bill is passed that defines immigration levels, and the methods to achieve each immigration level. The path to citizenship should be held dormant until a comprehensive immigration bill is passed that includes a clear, fair, and manageable path to citizenship.

7. Due to the massive abuse of illegal alien parents, automatic Birthright Citizenship should be rescinded. Children born in this country to legal and registered aliens who die before receiving citizenship may appeal for citizenship individually based on individual circumstances and conditions. Such conditions could include legal sponsorship, legal status of the parents and the child, age of the child, location of next of kin and their citizenship status, etc.

Remember, the vast majority of U.S. citizens want, and expect, at a strong and honest focus that addresses the serious immigration problem. They also want assurances that congress is determined to build a good and comprehensive immigration bill. And they want to see that bill passed.

Also, Americans are sick and tired of the constant bi-partisan bickering and nastiness, by all parties, that does nothing for the people and seriously diminishes efforts to effectively solve the issues that Americans need and want solved. Party attacking party does nothing for the people and certainly does nothing to solve any of the many serious problems facing America today.

Though I am a registered Republican and frequently disagreed with them, I sorely miss the Sam Nuns and the Patrick Monahans of the opposition.
